Cornitos launches crispy Quinoa Nachos with chia & flax seeds and corn

Cornitos, the flagship brand of Greendot Health Foods Pvt Ltd, has launched Quinoa Nachos, an innovative product made by blending quinoa, raw chia and flax seeds and corn masa. It is this combination that gives the product its unique flavour, texture and crispiness. Sprinkled with Himalayan pink salt, the nachos are high in fibre and proteins and are gluten-free.
They are made by the Mexican lime treatment process of making traditional masa using stone-ground non-genetically-modified organism (GMO) corn. The crisps are wedge shaped, extra-thin and cooked in healthy corn oil. Available at all leading retail outlets across India in 70g packs priced at Rs 60, the product contains 60 per cent corn and 10 per cent quinoa. The nutritional benefits are as follows: 28g of the product provides 2g protein, 3g dietary fibre and 143 calories.
Launching the product, Vikram Agarwal, managing director, Greendot Health Foods, said, “Quinoa nachos made by using nutritious super grains blended with corn will provide a deliciously healthy snacking option for all the nacho lovers.”
